Hi ya,
I'm helping my roomie complete a project and we've come against a snag. Is there a way to lock two layers together so that they move in tandem? For instance...locking the arms to the body so that they'll move together...or do I have to animate each layer separately?

Re: new to AE...need help please
Tue, March 18, 2008 - 8:20 AM"Parenting" - go to the timeline; look for the column labeled 'Parenting', go to the row of the layer you wish to lock to another layer's motion, click on the pull-down menu and select the name of the desired layer.
Then send me 65$ in Euros.
